Explanation of status:

Evidence processed - For quality control purposes, the packaged evidence was photographed as received. The evidence was unpacked, photographed, and inventoried to maintain a chain of custody. Claim information was recorded in our database, and a DPI file was created. The evidence and file were transferred to the laboratory's secure storage area for processing.

Evidence examined - Our inspectors, engineer, or researchers examined the evidence and created or continued to work on the draft report.

Report prepared - The report was finalized and sent to the Accounting Department for invoicing and mailing.

Report mailed - Depending on your preferences, the report was e-mailed or mailed.

Notice: Although DPI strives for accurate information, we are not responsible for errors due to technical difficulties. Inspections are generally processed in the order they are received.
