For 34 years, DPI has conducted thousands of unbiased, independent product investigations.  To our customers in the insurance industry, we are proud to have assisted you with your subrogation efforts.  To the manufacturers we have worked with, we hope our recommendations and input have resulted in improvements to your processes and products.  Above all, it has always been our hope that our work here has contributed to consumer awareness and product safety.

It is thus bittersweet to announce that we have made the difficult decision that it is time for us to close this chapter.  DPI will cease  operations and close its business effective January 15, 2026.  We will no longer be accepting new assignments after today, December 1, 2025.  All assignments we currently have will be completed.  If you are storing evidence with us, we will be contacting you to make suitable arrangements.

On behalf of everyone at DPI, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with you.  We appreciate the trust you have placed in us throughout the years.  We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
