During this time, if you are concerned about social interaction, please encourage your customers to take photos of their evidence and send to us via email to our Customer Service Department at customerservice@dpi-inc.com or text to John VanZyll at 865.806.9786. During this turbulent time, we will review the photos free of charge, through the end of March, and let you know if we recommend subrogation. If we do, we can send a box to your insureds to allow them to ship the evidence directly to us. You can also arrange for large item pickups by contacting our Customer Service Department.
