With the continued involvement of experienced DPI personnel, the same core services—including product inspection, investigation, manufacturer identification, and failure analysis—are now provided through PI2C’s facility in Knoxville, Tennessee, along with collaborative laboratory facilities in Wilmington, Delaware.

PI2C also works alongside engineering partners and its affiliate company, Evidence Management Center, LLC (EMC), providing integrated product investigation, testing, and secure evidence storage solutions.
